The One Chicago Fund creates public-private partnerships to raise financial support for specific projects and programs designed to strengthen Chicago neighborhoods and positively impact residents’ quality of life.

Since 2011, we’ve been dedicated to improving the daily experiences of Chicagoans through coordinated investments, primarily concentrated on housing affordability, public safety, open space & urban conservation, education, arts and culture, and sensible immigration reform. In addition to helping to amplify the good in each of the city’s vibrant and historic neighborhoods, we strive to celebrate Chicago’s neighborhood heroes who are making a difference in their communities. These residents, organizations and businesses are the activists doing the hard work to turn neighborhood challenges into success stories. We join in their work by aiming to build catalyst funds for our partners to help them accomplish these goals.
